The successful incumbent will be responsible for handling administrative and clerical tasks.
Job description
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- File and archive Training documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the HRD facilitator
- Participate in Training Planning and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and progress.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Maintain training facilitation and follow-ups.
- Preparing documents for training execution.
- Maintain Training Booking (i.e Dover Test, A1,A2, Fire fighter first aid, Legal Liability)
- Assist with training procedures awareness.

Minimum requirements
Qualification
- Matric/ Grade 12
- A certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous
Experience
- A minimum of 1 - 3 years in a similar role within Mining
- Familiarity with site-based work environments, safety documentation, and compliance processes.
- Must be a South African Citizen
Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
- Experience with data capturing, document control, and filing systems (electronic and manual)
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as a printer and copy machines, is also important.
